Center 7 Announces New President & CEO

Nathan Hatch Joins Center 7 Management Team

LINDON, Utah -- Jan. 17, 2007 -- Center 7, Inc., a leading provider of managed hosting and application services, today announced the appointment of Nathan Hatch as President & CEO.

Center 7 is a portfolio company of Canopy Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm supporting information technology companies in the western United States.

Previous to this appointment, Mr. Hatch has been a member of the Helius, Inc. executive team, serving as senior vice president of marketing and corporate development. In addition to these assignments Mr. Hatch has held senior management positions with Caldera, Novell and WordPerfect corporations.
