Canopy Ventures and International Venture Fund back Perimeter Labs to advance digital identities

Lindon, Utah—May 16, 2007—Perimeter Labs Inc., today marked its launch with patented technology to enable trusted digital identities required for a true digital society. Perimeter Labs is creating the next evolution of software and services to better establish the safe and secure extension of personal identity into the digital realm.

Backed by Canopy Ventures of Lindon, Utah and Silicon Valley firm International Venture Fund, Perimeter Labs has secured funding to launch the company into the marketplace and provide organizational support.
